How Jimmy Home Textile packs linens in Douala, ships across Cameroon, and how you should unpack them.
Packed in the atelier
Pieces are checked, folded and wrapped so they do not pick up dust on the road. Curtains are folded to protect the hem. You should not need to wash before first use unless you prefer to.
Across Cameroon
Douala is fastest. Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Buea, Limbe, Kribi and the North follow on scheduled runs. Delivery fees are shown at checkout; orders over the free-delivery threshold travel without that fee. Keep your phone on for the rider.
If something is wrong
Photograph the parcel and write to us the same day. We would rather replace a mis-pack than have a bed that looks unfinished.
